someone told me, "ayaw ko nga siya eh.." [i don't like him..]

that someone and i aren’t really CLOSE FRIENDS, but we are, nonetheless, friends.. she had some boy as a partner for the prom, and i USED to LIKE that guy.. yes, i know.. i acted like a brat after knowing that they were going to be partners..

i told her to take good care of him [doi~ i was being sarcastic].. then she told me, "ayaw ko nga siya eh.." [i don't like him..] i knew that the boy liked her, even though this particular boy already has a girlfriend..

then, one day, when i was talking to one of my friends, she suddenly asked me something.. "SILA na ba??" [are they going out??] then, i told her, "diba may girlfriend si _(GUY)_.." [he has a girlfriend, right??] then she said, "oo nga.." [yeah..] then i said, "eh wala namang gusto si _(GIRL)_ kay _(GUY)_ eh.." [_(girl)_ doesn't like _(guy)_] then she said, "anong wala?! meron kaya.." [what do you mean she doesn't?! she likes him..]

WTF?! she lied to me.. -_-

†•happy teachers’ day!!•†

our prom was yesterday and was held at CELEBRITY SPORTS CLUB.. t’was not really a great place to spend our JS PROMENADE.. there were no air-cons because it was supposed to be GARDEN SETTING.. there was no garden though.. -_- it was so hot.. TOO HOT.. O_o;;

all of us thought that we wouldn’t have a great time.. i mean, come on.. when we danced the rigodon, it was a MESS!! the dance floor was too cramped up.. x_x gah.. the floor was also slippery.. i slipped 3 times when we were dancing.. gah.. eniweiz, the cotillion was also a mess.. -_- [NOTE TO TEACHERS: spend JS PROM next year at a venue WITH an AIR-CON and doesn't have slippery floors].. the food was also not THAT good.. @_@

well, even though those things didn’t make us enjoy the party, the dancing made the night memorable.. ^_^ there were lovers, and friends dancing on the dance floor.. really.. t’was a wonderful sight.. there were no quarrels, no borderline between seniors and juniors.. all of us seemed like friends.. yeah, i know some are just "PLASTIC", but still, it was a memorable night.. xD

i got to dance with the three people that i wanted to dance with.. i danced with jim [jung chin hyeok.. is that correct?? xD oh well.. he's the korean at the other section..], aaron [another korean from IV-notable], and pochi..^^ i also got to dance with my dearest friends..

i was really surprised that the dancing turned around everything.. it made us forget that the place was too cramped up, the food was not great, the floor is slippery, and that the whole thing just sucked before the dancing.. =3

some of the seniors cried.. maybe it’s because they’re thinking about themselves graduating and saying goodbye to one another.. who would stay friends?? who would stay in touched?? who would study at what school??

eniweiz, we all had a great time!! i’m looking forward to next year’s prom.. maybe next time, we’ll be the ones to cry..

we celebrated teachers’ day today..^^ haha!! at 9 o’clock in the morning, there were about 9 students at REGAL.. we were assigned to be marshals.. xD

at the rooftop, i saw the FRAMES that are going to be given to the teachers.. my reaction was, "oh fuck.. where’s ours??" O_o;; then i remembered that brian still hadn’t done it.. >.<;; i had to think fast to have a solution to this problem.. gah~ i called brian and asked him where the frame was, and he told me that it was beside his locker..

i called jim and told him that we still didn’t have the FRAME that we were going to give to ma’am annabelle.. O_o;; i told him to ask ma’am for the classroom’s key, because ma’am annabelle’s picture was inside my bag, and we needed that.. he got it, and we went to the classroom.. we looked for the frame first, but couldn’t find it because he has many lockers.. >.<;; after about 3 minutes of searching, we found it.. we went inside the classroom and remembered that i had to give ma’am annabelle the message.. >.<;; i told leah to go upstairs and give ma’am annabelle the message, instead of me, because i was finishing the frame.. she went upstairs and told betta to go down for the 1×1 pictures..

after almost 30 minutes, we finally finished it.. when we were at the lobby, we heard leah’s voice.. O_o;; all of us were like, "shit.." we ran to the rooftop and jim went up the stage to give ma’am annabelle the frame.. YES!! we were on time!!

achievement!! xD oh well, that’s life.. bye bye~

t’was a night to remember.. haha!! and you’ll know why..

i was chatting with some of my friends [ym], then suddenly, i got a call from my sister.. she said something about going out with them [with her friends, of course].. and i was like, "ok.. pag andito na kayo, magpapalit na ako" [ok.. when you get here, i'll change..]

5 minutes passed, and they came.. she was with biel, as i expected.. they said a car was waiting outside, and i thought.. ‘ahh.. kasama pala si pio..‘ [ohh.. so pio's going to come, too..] i changed and so did my sister..^^

we went to the car and something hit me.. ‘it’s a different car.. ok, so it’s not pio..‘ then, we rode and drove off.. inside the car, my sister introduced me to christian.. she said he’s a member of the HGC [hobby-gamers club.. 'i think'~ xD].. they said that we were going to DISH.. [ok, so they invited me 'coz they had extra tickets.. @_@ but it doesn't matter.. haha!! xD]

we arrived at ABS-CBN [DISH is like beside abs-cbn].. we looked for a parking space, but we found none.. then, we passed the DISH gate.. -_- so, we drove in a circle to go through the said gate, and we did.. but after going in, christian saw some of his classmates and just freaked out.. x_x we also saw the clothes of the people, and we’re not exactly dressed like them.. biel wore denim pants, a shirt, a jacket and slippers.. -_- christian wore a simple get-up, but it can pass [at least he's not wearing slippers].. my sister, kiel, wore a denim skirt, a horizontally striped blouse [orange and white] and a black sweater and a slipper.. and i wore a black top, denim pants and pink sandals.. so, we decided to just go to another place..

as we talked about where we were going, christian didn’t see the stoplight turn RED and just drove.. @_@ it’s a good thing that the 3 cars and a jeep that were going to smash our car were alert.. xD there were so many eyes toward our car.. haha!! i bet the jeepney driver and some passengers said some bad words.. [poor christian] we almost died.. [i think..]

my sister was hungry at that time, so we stopped over at a gas station [CALTEX at e. rodriquez].. she bought CHEESE CAKES, billy bought SPRITE ICE, and CHRISTIAN bought a MINERAL WATER.. i didn’t want to buy anything since i wasn’t hungry nor thirsty.. but then, i decided to buy a pack of cigarettes and a lighter.. xD

we sat down beside the shop.. i lit a cigarette, and laughed with them as we talk about earlier when we almost crashed into 3 cars and a jeep.. haha.. xD people passed by and looked at me.. i thought, ‘what the hell are they looking at?!‘ after some time, i finished my first stick.. i lit another one.. then, biel said, "ngayon ko lang narealize.. nasa gas station tayo, tapos nagyoyosi ka.." [i just realized that we're at a gasoline station and you're smoking..] and i was like, "oh fuck.. oo nga!!" O_o;; [so that was the reason why people stared at me..] >.<;; then all of us laughed.. my sister bought some chewing gum, i threw the cigarette, and biel and christian just laughed more..

when we entered the car, biel said, "we almost died.. 2 times tonight.." and all of us laughed..

we decided to go to UP, but then biel said that we should try out DISH again, and i agreed, so we went to DISH.. AGAIN.. haha!! xD the plan was to go inside, check if other people are dressed like us, and text my sister and christian to go in if other people are dressed like us.. biel and i got in.. there were people dancing and i thought, ‘if it’s this dark, no one would probably notice our clothes‘, so we texted my sister and christian to go in, but they didn’t want to.. >.<;;

we ordered drinks, then i asked billy, "you have money, right?" i have like.. 800 pesos.. x_x haha!! we ordered sisig and enjoyed ourself.. [of course, we were careful not to order more than what we can afford.. we were SHORT on CASH!! hahaha.. xD t'was a bad idea to go in.. -_-]

after some time of convincing the two paranoid people outside, namely kiel and christian, they finally joined us.. shortly after they went in, i told biel that we should at least dance.. haha!! and so, we did.. xD my sister joined us, but christian didn’t.. -_- oh well, it’s okay.. he seemed to have had a good time talking to one of the girls that he knew.. xD

we left early.. it was about 2:30.. we planned to go to UP to just spend more time outside, but then decided to just go home.. we dropped off billy at EDSA, and christian dropped us off at our house.. haha!! xD

so.. we went to DISH, but missed the gate, circled another time and went in, but then left when christian saw his classmates.. we were almost crushed by 3 cars and a jeep and almost died, drove for some more minutes, stopped at a gas station, and i smoked.. we almost died, again, ‘coz the place could have exploded.. -_- we went back to DISH and biel and i went in, but then christian and my sister didn’t want to go in.. we convinced them to go in and so they did.. after some time of dancing and having fun, we went home, and slept.. ZZzzz..

haha!! xD niweiz, it’s my mother’s birthday today!!

†•laugh like there’s no tomorrow..•†

a playful smile was hovering on my face when i arrived at school.. it was about 6am, and i saw some people sitting on the steps of our lobby.. indeed, that was not an ordinary day..

we had our fieldtrip last thursday.. it wasn’t at all exciting, but still it was fun.. well, i think it is and i keep convincing myself that it was.. -_-

we went to PEOPLES PARK IN THE SKY or PALACE IN THE SKY.. it was foggy, and we couldn’t see the beautiful view that was supposed to make us stare at it because of its marvelous and graceful-like features..

next, we went to PICNIC GROVE.. we ate our lunch there, but i had no lunch ‘coz i already ate it for breakfast at the bus earlier.. >.<;; so i just shared the foods of my friends, and surprisingly, i became full.. xD

next, we went to GARDENIA.. i went to that place about 3 times already.. >.<;; gah.. it was hot, as always.. -_- niweiz, next destination is ENCHANTED KINGDOM..

right.. you’re thinking that we had a great time at enchanted, but the only thing that we did was WAIT in LINE!! -_- there were sooo many schools having their fieldtrip as well, and the lines were soooo long!! it took us about 2 hours just to ride SPACE SHUTTLE, but i think that the wait paid off when we rode.. christine and i were at the very back, jacquilene and chris in front of us, and bianca and rojean in front of them.. =3 christine and i went for another time.. xD we were at the very front at the second time.. >.<;;

when we were at the very back, i was like.. "oh fuck, i’m going to fall.." it’s because we’re like in a vertical position and i was slipping from my seat.. O_o;; christine and i talked and laughed while we were being elevated slowly.. xD

the time that we heard the SWOOSH sound from bellow, all of us said, "eto na.." [this is it..] then, a loud thump was heard, and then silence.. xD we were released and our voices halted as we fell fast.. we were just able to shout when we reached the 1st loop.. it was soo fun.. =3

niweiz, we were scolded by our adviser because we arrived late at the bus.. xD we were like.. 10 minutes late.. haha.. xD

i won’t talk about things that i don’t want to talk about in here, so that’s it, i think.. xD

†•it takes time, so be patient..•†

Have you ever wondered why is it easier for friends to become lovers than lovers becoming friends? It has been tried and tested that friendship is the best foundation for any boy-girl relationship. But once you parted ways, it is very seldom that you remain friends. Why ? Because probably, you have not gotten over the feeling yet and somehow there is still bitterness and regrets.

Although I’m not an authority on the matters of the heart, the following alternatives could be of help. One, talk about him until even you can’t stand to hear his name anymore. Some people would try to avoid going to the places they’re been or will destroy pictures and love letters that would remind her or him, but the thing is, you’re only suppressing your feeling and will not do you any good. Although it pains to remember the things you used to do, the songs you used to sing and the memories you used to share, but at least you have good things to cherish.

Two, start running, swimming, hiking or cross-stitching. Give yourself a chance to unwind and relax and get busy. You can’t afford to sit at home and cry over and over again. Grow up, it’s not the end of the world.

Three, call someone - your oldest friend, your childhood sweetheart, your mom - who’s guaranteed to convince you that you are too wonderful for the guy/girl who got away. Convince yourself that it’s his/her lost not yours.

Finally, don’t be in a hurry. You cannot get over him in a blink of an eye or in a strike of a wand. It takes some time. After all, time heals all wounds. Letting go may not be an easy task especially if the feeling is still there. But you see, you have to face the reality that some good things just don’t last and life has to go on. Not all love stories end up with "and they live happily ever after". As my friends always say, "Let go of the people who let go of you."

it was a day that lasted for about 10 minutes or so, well for me, it was.. it’s a normal day, with no complications, whatsoever.. i had been smiling and laughing all day, and i think that’s the reason why my cheekbones hurt right now.. -_-

well, im not regretting that i smiled all the day long.. it’s true, i was happy.. just ‘coz i kept remembering him.. xD

it started from chemistry class, which is our first class, so basically, it started at the beginning of the day.. and it continued until dismissal.. i’m really OBSESSED, i tell you.. @_@

these last few days, my mind has been drifting somewhere else whenever i’m not thinking of anything.. so, i need to read something every now and then to maintain my mind functioning.. -__- gah! i feel like a crazy [autistic] person.. but i’m not, ‘coz i think i am.. wtf?!

well, people who think that they’re crazy aren’t really crazy.. xD end of discussion..

~*DAY OF REALIZATION*~

tuesday, 01.31.06, about 3:40pm at school, i was asking people at school what they think of me.. i asked a lot of people, and they said some things.. and another, and another, and another, until i grabbed someone’s arm and told the person, "describe luke." [LUKE's my name, you dweebs].. i looked up and met dark brown orbs, which appeared to be black ones at the moment since the light was covered by his figure.. it’s him.. and he said, "di ko alam.." [i don't know].. then, he just walked away.. @_@

i was not disappointed or anything like that.. i just realized something.. the awkward moment that i feel everytime that i see is not because i still love him.. maybe it’s because i want to stay friend, and he doesn’t.. -_- oh well, it’s not really that big of a deal..

oh, another thing.. we’ll have our fieldtrip tomorrow, and ALMOST everyone was excited.. xD

i also joined ate kiel and her friends, pio and biel, to watch a movie at gateway.. =3 we watched PROOF.. xD
